Organized by ULEAD with Europe in Zhytomyr Oblast, the event aimed to inform community leaders about local opportunities for engaging in European Union programmes and to foster stronger collaboration between academic institutions and regional stakeholders.
The gathering brought together representatives from communities across the Zhytomyr region to explore practical pathways for cooperation through Horizon Europe and the Digital Europe programme. The event also spotlighted the university’s growing role in implementing EU-funded research and innovation activities.
As part of the programme, Olga Nikolyuk, Head of the Educational and Research Center for Digital Technologies and Natural Resources Systems Modelling at Polissya National University presented the ACT4CAP27 project, outlining the PNU team’s contribution to shaping future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform and evidence-based policymaking at both national and EU levels.
