On 18 March 2025, the ACT4CAP27 WP8 work package leads convened online to refine ongoing activities and set priorities for the months ahead.
Key discussions included:
🔹DG AGRI Vision conference (8 May, Brussels & online) – Project members aim to contribute insights from the Vision100 paper under development jointly with the BrightSpace and LAMASUS projects. Finalization is expected well before the event, opening opportunities for presentation.
🔹Fast-track scenarios – A consolidated report containing all fast track scenarios will soon be shared internally for feedback before a discussion meeting.
🔹 WP2 follow-up – Documentation from the Rome meeting is being finalized to ensure all actions are tracked.
🔹 Stakeholder engagement – The next stakeholder meeting is to come early in May 2025, focusing on Vision100 and post-CAP27 themes.
🔹 Agri-Food Modelling Young Researcher Network: – Funding is available for early-career researchers to collaborate across ACT4CAP27 partners, with first expressions of interest already received.
🔹 First Reporting Period: – The timeline for the first reporting period was presented, covering the initial 18 months (1 March 2024 – 31 August 2025).
The next WP8 meeting is scheduled for 15 April 2025.
