On 11 February 2025, the WP8 work package leaders gathered virtually to refine the agenda for the upcoming Annual Consortium Meeting scheduled for 25-26 February 2025 in Rome, Italy. The focus of the online meeting was to align expectations and fine-tune the detailed discussions that will shape the project’s progress over the next year.
The Rome meeting is set to address several key objectives, including revisiting the project’s goals in the context of the evolving political and research landscape surrounding the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) post-2027. The consortium will work to ensure that the activities remain relevant and impactful as they move forward. One of the key goals is to create a shared understanding of the deliverables from each work package and establish strategies for achieving them.
Particular attention will be paid to activities within Work Packages 2 and 3. The upcoming meeting will focus on refining the objectives and timelines for these work packages, particularly the expansion of databases and model improvements. The leaders of the various tasks will each present their work, ensuring clarity on how collaboration is structured and how timelines for key deliverables are set.
