ACT4CAP27 held an online Work Package leaders’ meeting under Task 7.3 Exploitation Strategy & Plan, marking an important step in strengthening how project results will be prepared for use beyond the project’s lifetime.
Led by POSSESSIO, ECORYS and Wageningen Research, the meeting focused on aligning WP leaders on Horizon Europe exploitation requirements, governance arrangements, and the operational definition of “results”. Particular emphasis was placed on prioritising a limited number of well-defined, usable and policy-relevant outputs with clear uptake potential for CAP post-2027.
Participants discussed preliminary categories of Key Exploitable Results (KERs), including analytical toolboxes, datasets, decision-support platforms, training materials and interactive policy roadmaps. A structured six-monthly results-collection and review cycle was agreed, aligned with reporting periods and key project milestones.
The meeting concluded with a clear action plan, starting with a guided WP-by-WP result identification exercise feeding into a consolidated exploitation portfolio to be validated at consortium level at the annual meeting in March.
