The ACT4CAP27 project is managed through 9 work packages (WP), each of which oversees and/or are responsible for various parts of the five-year project. This is illustrated in the chart below. To view project outputs and deliverables, please go to Resources.
Main objective: Defining an overall conceptual framework of EU food systems for the identification of drivers, indicators and gaps in existing modelling tools to assess policy impacts
Main objective: To develop a toolbox of health, environmental, social, and economic assessments modules that are connected to the extended versions of the existing iMAP models in this project (AGMEMOD, CAPRI, GLOBIOM, MAGNET) and that can be used for stand-alone applications with associated databases to be developed.
Main objective: To increase transparency and coherence in model use to build trust and bring model-based evidence closer to policymaking.
Main objective: This WP aims to develop a comprehensive, effective, interrelated, integrated quantitative policy assessment for the CAP after 2027 and the future EU legal framework for sustainable food systems, using a two-step approach. A fast track addresses important and timely issues using existing models, while the final track will incorporate modules developed in WP2 and WP3 and other improvements and expand models under the iMAP platform. The approach allows for structured repetition, addresses inconsistencies, and responds to new policy realities and data sources.
